Rehab on the Road was born due to the growing need for access to Exercise Physiologists for those who are unable to leave their home and visit a clinic. Some of the conditions we treat include; Parkinsons Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Dementia, Stroke, Traumatic Brain Injury, mobility decline and many other complex health diseases.
Initial & Ongoing Assessments
One on one sessions with our Exercise Physiologists to evaluate strength, balance, cardiovascular function and to develop a program specific to your needs
Lectures & Educational Sessions
Our Exercise Physiologists regularly present lectures on a variety of health education topics to both small and large groups. Some of our lectures include, Parkinsons Disease, Falls Prevention and Dementia
Parkinsons Disease Management
We are qualified to treat clients with Parkinsons Disease and run individual and group specific classes
Functional & Falls Risk Assessments
Individual functional assessments to provide strategies and support in your home and out and about
Group Exercise Classes
We run group classes for clients with Parkinsons Disease. Classes run at the Narraweena Community Hall every Thursday morning at 10am and 11am
Geriatric Strength & Conditioning
Maintaining Independence is our key objective. We work closely with elderly clients to ensure they maintain and improve their strength, balance and agility
